Greg Frost has over 20 years experience in both industries within the local community.
Optical & Hearing was founded in 2001 when Greg Frost combined his Optical and Audiology services into one business to provide the community of Lake Macquarie NSW with a locally owned, friendly and professional service.
Since then the business has grown to include Newcastle Hearing, Southlakes Hearing and Frost Optical.
The focus has always been to provide Service, Quality and Price giving our clients value for money.
The Hearing Aid Audiology Society of Australia Ltd (HAASA) is the longest established Practitioner Professional Body in the hearing health industry.
Optical & Hearing are Members of HAASA. This means our hearing aid Audiometrists meet the requirements and standards established by HAASA.
HAASA Members are dedicated to upholding the highest possible standards of practice to ensure quality hearing health care into the future.
Preparing for your visit
Here’s some handy tips:
- Bring any glasses, contact lenses or hearing devices you may use
- Ensure your ears are free of ear wax buildup
- Avoid exposure to loud noises in the 24 hours leading up to assessment
- Ensure you are not recovering from cold and flu symptoms
- Write down any questions you may have
